Joe, Erin and I went hiking up Mt.Gleason in the middle/Eastern part of the San Gabriels on June 26, 2005. Nice 5 miles or so hike, mostly on the PCT. We ran into the Caltech/JPL ham radio club on top, and they gave us some ice cold cokes. Niceish forest for most of the climb, with some views of the Mojave. Also, something on this hike gave me hives.
